    The home offers 6 king beds, each with its own private bath, 2 twin beds + 2 trundle beds located in a single room with its own private bath, and a queen daybed with a trundle in the sunset room (open space with no door or bath).

For families or groups traveling as couples and/or with children who are comfortable sharing beds, the home can accommodate up to 16 guests: 12 guests in the 6 king beds, 1-2 in the queen daybed, and the remaining individuals in the twins/trundles.

For couples trips, the home most comfortably accommodates 14 guests, with one couple per bedroom.

For groups requiring individual sleeping arrangements, such as golf or fishing trips, the home is best suited for 10 guests: 1 guest in each of the 6 king bedrooms, with the remaining 4 guests either in each of the 4 twin beds in bedroom #7 or split between 2 guests in bedroom #7 and 2 guests in the sunset room.

  1. Check in & Check Out
    Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved in advance. When there is no same-day turnover, we are happy to offer early check-in starting at 12:00 PM at no additional cost. For earlier arrivals, a $300 fee applies.
